Sunday update

My dad got some results back on the tests that were run yesterday. In spite of being on IV antibiotics for the past few days, he has developed pneumonia. The Doctors changed his antibiotic to see if that will clear it up. They ran another panel of blood tests today to check out a few more things like an infection in his blood or something else underlying. Maybe they are looking for Leukemia, I do not know. My dad did not ask. ( I have a feeling that is what they are looking for. ) The good news is that during the CT his lymph nodes could be seen and they are not getting bigger. The doctor has to compare them with previous scans to see if they are shrinking. Hopefully the rounds of Chemo that he was able to take was enough to begin to kill the Lymphoma. Thank you once again for your prayers and kind words.

BTW, I tried to post the pics of my totebag in Flickr and so far they have not shown up. I will give it a few hours for the Yahoo server to refresh and then I will try again. Check out my 360 blog.
